We want every guitarist who picks up a Fretboard Fix product to love it.
If you don’t, no worries — you’re covered.

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost). Just send us a quick message at help@fretboardfix.com with your order number, and we’ll help you get it squared away.

Here’s the fine print (the short version):

• Items need to be in their original condition.

• Return shipping is on you, but we’ll refund your product cost once it arrives back safely.

• Refunds go right back to your original payment method.

• We can’t process returns more than 30 days after delivery.

If your order shows up damaged or something’s not right, email us right away and we’ll make it right.
