Shipping Policy

We know you’re excited to start using your Fretboard Fix, so we ship fast!

Processing Time:
Orders are typically shipped the same day if placed before 2:00 PM CST, and always within 1 business day.

Shipping Method:
We ship via USPS to ensure reliable delivery and tracking. Once your order is scanned by the post office, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delivery Time:
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and local postal service speed.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Occasionally we offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out for those!

International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the United States. For international shipments please email us at help@fretboardfix.com for a shipping quote.

Missing or Delayed Packages:
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Still no luck? Reach out to us at help@fretboardfix.com and we’ll do everything we can to help.
